Our Team - Your Team
Because we are native to these islands, we have valuable knowledge of local customs and government regulation. Whatever it is in real estate, we know how to get it done. Our company directors and management have played pivotal roles in the social and economic development of the Turks and Caicos. Two of our directors have served as Chief Minister of the Islands, creating legislation that facilitates property development while encouraging the economic well-being of our entire population.
The service to our people, together with the judicious development of these islands, provided by Washington Misick, our chairman and former Chief Minister, was recognized by the Crown in awarding him the Order of the British Empire.
Michael Misick, our current Chief Minister, has 20 years' experience in Turks and Caicos real estate development and management. He is an attorney in the Turks and Caicos and a barrister of the United Kingdom.
Phillip Misick is a Shareholder and a Director with fifteen years experience in Real Estate Marketing and Sales, General Management, and Property Development. He is a partner in a number of land development and tourism projects in North Caicos and Providenciales.
